XM(エックスエム)の禁止事項と注意事項【出金拒否されない方法】

XM Trading(以下XM)で取引する上での【禁止事項と注意事項】をお伝えします。

XM は利用規約を守った上でトレードすれば、高額出金にも問題なく対応してくれる信頼性の高い、数少ない海外FX業者です。

無用なトラブルを避ける為にも、本記事を参考にしていだけますと幸いです。

XMで気を付けるべき禁止事項

XM の『利用規約』は英語表記になっています。

利用規約を引用し、簡単に日本語で要約していきます。

46条に「禁止取引」が記載されていますので、1から順に記載していきます。

①違法アクセスの禁止

↑XMの利用規約

1項は『違法アクセスの禁止』です。

取引内容というより、アクセスすること自体が違法ですから、禁止されているのも当たり前です。

②人工知能を使用した取引の禁止

46.2 Artificial Intelligence Software: It is absolutely prohibited to use any software , which we determine, at our sole discretion, to have as its purpose to apply any kind of artificial intelligence analysis to our Online Trading Facility and/or computer system(s) with an ultimate purpose to gain unfair advantage and exploit our trading facility

人工知能(AI)を使用した取引は禁止されています。

人工知能を使用している、と疑われる取引も禁じている、とのこと。

また、サーバー強度に過度な不可を与える取引も禁止されています。

これは解釈に幅がある文言ですが、「手動スキャルピングは問題ない」というのはXM公式サイト『ヘルプセンター』内で明言されているので、よほど【高速かつ大ロット】でなければ、スキャルピングは問題ない、と筆者は判断しています。

③遅延の悪用、裁定取引の禁止

Unlawful trading techniques: Internet, connectivity delays, and price feed errors sometimes create a situation where the price(s) displayed on our Online Trading Facility do(es) not accurately reflect the market rates. The concept of using trading strategies aimed at exploiting errors in prices and/or concluding trades at off-market prices and/or by taking advantage of internet delays (commonly known as “arbitrage”, “sniping” or “scalping” hereinafter, collectively, referred to as “Arbitrage”), cannot exist in an OTC market where the client is buying or selling directly from the principal

ネット環境の遅延を悪用した取引や、アービトラージ（裁定取引）は禁止されています。

この規約は、FX業者では一般的な内容です。

④他社/他者との両建て・ゼロカットシステムの悪用禁止

Any indication or suspicion, in XMTRADING’s sole discretion, of any form of arbitrage (including but not limited to risk free profiting), abuse (including but not limited to participant’s trading activity patterns that indicate that the participant solely aims to benefit financially without being genuinely interested in trading in the markets and/or taking market risk), internal hedging in coordination with other parties, abuse of our ‘no negative balance’ policy, fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will constitute all Transactions carried and/or profits or losses garnered as invalid. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to close/suspend (either temporarily or permanently) all of the Client’s trading Accounts and/or cancel all Transactions.

自分以外の人間との組織的な両建ては禁止されています。

他社との両建ても禁止です。

「ゼロカットシステム」の悪用、その他、詐欺的な活動　は禁止している、とのこと。

【他者・他者】との両建て禁止は一般的な禁止事項です。

「週明け窓開け狙い」のトレードは、【ゼロカットシステムの悪用】に含まれます。

⑤違法ツールの使用禁止

We have, and will continue to develop any tools necessary to identify fraudulent and/or unlawful access and use of our Online Trading Facility; any dispute arising from such fraudulent and/or or unlawful trading activity will be resolved by us in our sole and absolute discretion, in the manner we deem to be the fairest to all concerned;

⑥予告なくレバレッジが変更される可能性がある

Changes in Market conditions: please note that we shall have no obligation to contact you to advise upon appropriate action in light of changes in Market Conditions (including, without limitation, Market Disruptions) or otherwise.
